Terms of Use for AERAQUA Products
Proper Use and Environment
- AERAQUA machines must not be operated in environments with low air quality, including but not limited to areas with mold, toxic fumes, or volatile, corrosive, or flammable substances.
- Use is strictly limited to indoor environments with air quality better than or equal to Class 3 standards. Outdoor use is prohibited.
- Ensure the machine remains upright at all times during use or transportation.
Maintenance and Operation Guidelines
Maintenance Schedule:
- Follow all maintenance schedules as outlined in the user guide.
- Air filters must be cleaned of dust as necessary and replaced regularly.
- The raw water tank located at the back must be cleaned periodically.
- Monitoring sensors must be re-calibrated as instructed.
Inspection and Cleaning:
- The unit must be inspected regularly and kept clean.
- Only use approved cleaning agents and methods outlined in the user guide.
- The UV module must not be immersed in water; clean only as directed.
Water Quality:
- Water must not be consumed if it has remained in the unit for an extended period.
Filter Management:
- Filters must be replaced as instructed in the user guide.
- If external water is added, ensure filters are changed in a timely manner to maintain water quality. Do not reset the filter change timer prematurely.
Safety Requirements
- Use only with a grounded power plug and appropriate power supply. Do not use extension cords.
- Stop use immediately if the machine or power cord shows signs of damage. Replace the power cord only with authorized parts.
- Do not handle the machine or power cord with wet hands.
- Keep the unit free from obstruction and flammable materials within a 40 cm radius.
- Disconnect the machine during maintenance or if leakage occurs.
- Do not attempt to repair the machine or its components. Contact Aeraqua Solutions for support.
Prohibited Actions
- Do not place objects on top of the unit or immerse components, except as specified.
- Do not allow children to use or operate the machine.
- Do not use alcohol, thinner, corrosive agents, or similar for cleaning.
- Do not use the machine in temperatures below 0°C.
- Do not remove the unit’s cover or access internal components.
Health and Safety
- The unit contains refrigerants, which are toxic. Handle the unit with care during maintenance and storage.
- Always drain and empty the machine before moving it.
- Noise levels may increase in environments with low humidity or low temperatures; this is normal and does not indicate malfunction.
